Counsellors and consultants send students to ScholarBridge when the next step is real academic work: a supervised research project, guided reading, and writing the student can stand behind. What to know before you recommend us
Six things a counsellor usually asks, answered without a call. If any of them needs a conversation, the form at the end is for that.
What we do
One-to-one research mentorship and small-group Field Seminars for university-bound students. A mentor in the student's field guides the question, the reading, the structure and the revision. The work stays the student's.
Who it suits
Students with evidence of academic work they chose to do, who can describe what interests them within a subject, and who have weekly capacity alongside their current term. Readiness weighs more heavily than grades.
What they produce
On the Research Scholar track, a student-authored project over eight to twelve weeks: a defined research question and a written piece the student can discuss in an interview or a personal statement. Field Seminars build research literacy and academic direction.
Our integrity position
Mentors guide questions, reading, evidence, structure and feedback. They do not write for students. Our academic integrity policy is public, and you can point families to it.

We do not publish a single price because the programmes differ in length and scope. The fee is confirmed in writing at the consultation, with no obligation. Students you refer can be considered for a merit award of 10 to 100 percent of the fee, assessed on their own work rather than grades alone. Need-based aid is assessed separately.

Send the family to apply, or use the form below to speak with us before anything is promised to a student. Either way, we can coordinate with you from the start.

We assess fit honestly
A short interview to understand the student's readiness, interests and goals. We recommend the right programme, or a better starting point, and we say so if the honest answer is not yet.

You stay informed
With family consent, we keep you updated on the recommended programme and the student's progress, so the referral strengthens your relationship with the family rather than ending it.

Every referred student is assessed on readiness, and we recommend the track that matches: Research Scholar, Field Seminars, Academic Essentials, or a pause until the student is ready.
Transparency throughout
With the family's consent you are kept in the loop on the recommendation, the mentor match and the student's progress. You are never guessing what happened after the referral.

Student-authored work, a public integrity policy, and no admissions promises. You can recommend us without caveats.

The answers you will be asked for
Do you pay referral fees to counsellors?
No. Most school-based counsellors cannot accept them, and we would rather earn a referral than buy one. Where a student you refer needs help with the fee, the merit award and financial aid routes apply to that student directly.
What will you tell a family I send to you?
The truth about fit. We run a short interview and recommend a programme, a simpler starting point, or nothing yet. A consultation that ends in a recommendation not to enrol is a successful one, and with the family's consent you hear the outcome as well.
Is the work genuinely the student's own?
Yes. Mentors guide questions, reading, evidence, structure and feedback, and the writing is the student's. Our academic integrity policy is public. If a family asks you whether this is ghostwriting, the answer is no, and you can show them why.
What does it cost?
There is no single price because the programmes differ in length and scope. The fee is confirmed in writing at the consultation, and the family is under no obligation once they have it. Merit awards of 10 to 100 percent of the fee are assessed on the student's own work; need-based financial aid is assessed separately.
Do you make claims about admissions outcomes?
No. We say what the student will produce and what they will be able to talk about. We do not promise offers, and we would ask you not to on our behalf.
Can I use your free tools with students?
Yes. The UCAS, IB and US readiness checks and the programme finder are free, need no sign-up, and are built to be used in a meeting. Many counsellors run them with a student before deciding whether to mention us at all.
