1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the ScholarBridge website at scholarbridge.uk and any enquiry or consultation process. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

ScholarBridge provides structured academic mentorship programmes for high school students. We match students with qualified mentors to support research skill development and project completion over a 12-week programme.

3. No admissions guarantees

ScholarBridge does not guarantee admission to any university, publication of any student work, or any specific outcome for university applications. Participation in our programme is not a guarantee of any application result.

4. Academic integrity

All student work produced through ScholarBridge programmes must be the student's own original work. ScholarBridge is not a ghostwriting service. Mentors provide guidance, structure, and feedback — students are expected to do their own thinking, writing, and project work. Any misrepresentation of work as one's own when it is not is a breach of these terms and of academic integrity standards.

5. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of ScholarBridge Academic Mentorship. Student work produced during the programme remains the intellectual property of the student.

6. Enquiry and consultation process

Submitting an enquiry form or booking a consultation does not constitute enrolment or a binding contract. Enrolment and payment terms will be confirmed in a separate programme agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScholarBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or participation in our programmes. This includes, without limitation, any impact on university application outcomes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
