What ScholarBridge costs, and what determines it
ScholarBridge is a premium academic mentorship programme. We confirm the full fee in writing after the consultation, before any payment is requested. There is no obligation to proceed. This page explains exactly what shapes the cost and what families receive for it.
Five factors determine the fee
We do not publish a fixed price list, because the right programme varies by student. Instead, here is exactly what the fee depends on, so there are no surprises when you receive the written recommendation.
Programme type
Research Scholar (1-to-1 mentorship), Field Seminars (small group), or Academic Essentials (preparation). The Research Scholar is the most intensive and is priced accordingly.
Duration
Most Research Scholar programmes run 8-12 weeks. Academic Essentials is typically shorter and skill-specific. Longer programmes cost more because they include more mentor time and feedback.
Format
1-to-1 mentorship is priced higher than small-group seminars, because the student has a dedicated mentor matched to their specific research direction.
Mentor seniority and field
Some fields and levels of mentor experience carry different rates. We match by field fit first, then confirm the fee for that match.
Feedback and project support
Programmes with more written feedback, more drafting cycles, and more final-project support involve more mentor hours.
Every programme fee includes the full process
ScholarBridge is not pay-per-session tutoring. The fee covers a complete, structured academic mentorship process with clear deliverables.
A fit assessment and recommended programme track
A written programme plan and schedule
Weekly 1-to-1 or small-group mentor sessions
Guided reading and research tasks between sessions
Written mentor feedback throughout the programme
Support developing a focused research question
A student-authored final project, paper, or presentation
A written summary of the student's work and progress

Common questions about cost
How much does ScholarBridge cost?
ScholarBridge is a premium academic mentorship programme. Fees depend on the programme track, duration, mentor match, format, and level of support required. Before any payment is requested, families receive a written recommendation, programme scope, schedule, and fee. There is no obligation after the consultation.
Why don't you publish a fixed price list?
Because the right programme varies by student. A student ready for a full 12-week Research Scholar programme and a student who needs shorter Academic Essentials work are paying for different things. We confirm the fee in writing only after the consultation, once we understand what the student actually needs.
When do I pay?
Payment is due before the first session begins, after the family has received and accepted the written programme recommendation and fee. Submitting an enquiry or attending the consultation does not create a payment obligation.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Cancellation before the first session receives a full refund. After the programme begins, a pro-rated refund applies for sessions not yet completed. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Is financial aid available?
Financial aid is limited and contribution-based. ScholarBridge may offer partial aid in selected cases where a student is a strong fit and the family cannot comfortably afford the full fee. Families requesting aid are asked what they can reasonably contribute. Full sponsorships are rare and depend on donor funding.
Do you recommend the most expensive programme by default?
No. We do not recommend a more advanced programme if the student is not ready for it. The fee reflects the programme we actually recommend for the student, not a default package. If we think a shorter or less intensive programme is the right fit, that is what we recommend.
