When you submit an enquiry or application through this website, we may collect:

• Your name, contact details, and role as a student, parent, guardian, or counsellor
• Your child's year group or academic stage
• School, country, subject interests, programme preferences, and academic information you share in an application
• Referral information, source page, and campaign parameters used to understand how you found ScholarBridge
• Any additional information you include in a free-text field

We do not collect payment-card information through this website. Please do not submit medical, financial, or other sensitive information unless a form specifically requests it and explains why it is needed.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry or interview request
• Discuss programme suitability and mentor matching
• Communicate programme details and next steps

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage and retention

Lightweight enquiries may be processed through Cloudflare Pages, stored in Airtable, and used by Resend to deliver requested programme information. Full applications are processed through Tally and stored in ScholarBridge's admissions systems. Consultation scheduling may use Cal.com. These providers may process data in countries different from your own under their respective privacy terms.

We retain enquiry, application, and programme records only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage admissions, safeguarding, service delivery, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. We will consider deletion requests subject to records we must retain.

Cookies

ScholarBridge does not use third-party advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use; Google may set cookies subject to its own privacy terms. Embedded services such as Tally or Cal.com may use their own storage or cookies when you interact with them; their notices govern that processing.
